Step 1: Contact us

Reach out to us via email or our contact page. We'll discuss your project and what we can do to accomplish your end goal.

Step 2: Survey

We'll need to conduct an on-site survey to figure out what the best solution would be. We'll be in touch the entire time.

Step 3: Purchase

After our site survey, we'll consult with you and give our advise on the purchase of the necessary equipment. Once we come to an agreement, we'll submit our purchase order.

Step 4: Installation

Once we've received all necessary equipment, it's time to install it! Requirements for this vary from site to site and project to project so please check the requirements for your installation. We'll do our best to not interrupt your day-to-day operations.

Step 5: Testing

After we've installed everything, it is necessary to test everything and make sure it is operating properly.

Maintenance

Occassional maintenance will be necessary. Most of this will be software maintenance and we'll coordinate this with you prior. If we need to come on-site for maintenance, we'll reach out and schedule with you.
